We're excited to introduce ourselves, to share how we work, what we think about, and what our passions are. Inspiration comes in all shapes and sizes, so this will be our little slice of heaven. We are often asked, "What's the secret sauce?". No secret sauce here. When assembling a very talented group of individuals who are spontaneous, fun, and quite simply brilliant, greatness happens. Here's the thing. Team Palmer at Grapevine Designs is the bomb.com. We're motivated, we're inspired, and we have strong instincts that drive us day after day. Venus is the organizer and all things finance. The girl loves her 10-key, jumbo highlighter, and is very meticulous about her surroundings and the projects she's managing. Her talents are vast, but the thing she's most proud of is being crowned spelling bee champion (or, maybe we have bestowed that on her). Venus is very even keel, and is the voice of reason when we get a little crazy. [spreadsheet lover]

Heather is definitely the engine that makes us go. She is invaluable when building our programs, and keeping all the balls in the air. Don't challenge her memory, not a lot gets by her. She is the highly talented expert of all facets of our organization. Have a problem? She's the trouble shooter that bats 1000, with personality deluxe. [smarty pants]
