We tried it out and here's what we think.

Retail gift box has a great presentation and lends itself well to a bellyband for extra marketing real-estate.
Clips easily on any smart phone as long as the phone does not have a thick case.
It works! It really does give a wider view but it does start to blur just a bit at the edges of the wide angle image.
The macro is truly amazing to see such detail. Make sure to follow the instructions as you do need to be about 1/2" (13mm) distance from the shooting object or it can't focus.
Product is lightweight and has a nice cushion around the part that touches the phone so it won't leave marks on the phone or scratch the phone lens.
Just like most pictures taken on a phone camera, the images turn out best when you have ample lighting.
Comes with a nice set of accessories to protect the product and short, clear instructions.
